Below is a sample of the kinds of deliciousness you can expect on a visit to our bakeshop. Our ever-changing range of treats is complemented by a few favourites.

Although we do often have certain staples & favourites within our range, the menu changes daily.

Sticky Buns - Saturday & Sunday until sold out

We have become quite famous for our slow-rise sticky buns. Our classic Cinnamon Sticky Bun is available on both days, complemented by a mystery guest sticky bun. Get them before they sell out - still warm from the oven if you’re quick enough!

Coffee

Whether you enjoy a flat white, latte, cappuccino, macchiato or espresso, we pride ourselves on making good, honest coffee with care and attention to detail. We use organic & fair trade single-origin Sumatran beans. Coffee is ground to order and carefully extracted on our trusty Italian San Remo espresso machine before being finished with gently steamed and micro-foamed milk.

Hot Chocolate

For hot chocolate lovers we have a few varieties. If you prefer a sweeter traditional style we have Edinburgh’s Coco Choc - Plain or Isle of Skye Sea Salt. For a more decadent option, we have micro-batch organic flaked chocolate crafted by Bare Bones, Glasgow in 68% Dominican Republic and 70% Madagascar with sea salt. In addition to drinking chocolate, we stock Bare Bones incredible bean-to-bar chocolate in 100g bars.

Tea

If you are a tea-drinker you’ll be glad to know that we use award-winning and ethically-sourced whole leaf tea bags (mostly from Eteaket, Edinburgh). In addition to traditional options like breakfast tea and earl grey we have green tea, fruit infusions and some more unusual varieties.

Something different

If you feel like something a little bit different we offer matcha, chai, and turmeric & coconut lattes. Our Island Fog, Highland Rose and Highland Breeze lattes are made to our own recipe with whole leaf tea and sweetened with our homemade vanilla syrup.

Iced Drinks

Although hot, sunny days can be rare in the Scottish Highlands we offer iced lattes, frappe-style shakes, and smoothies blended to order. Our Iced Coffee Shake is one of our most popular blended drinks.
